"One of the worst experiences we had in recent times. The prices and discounts they offer on phone calls is very different once we reach the hotel. They change the words and they are not trustworthy. They don’t have lift but allots rooms in third floor for which we have to climb the stairs. Very arrogant staff and don’t even care for customers. The water in the bathroom clogs and doesn’t flow neatly. There is dust and dirt everywhere in the rooms. I will not recommend this hotel for free also. Worst staff worst management worst hotel worst experience."
